Feel energized with an ongoing Pilates group practice! Whether you are just learning the details of Pilates equipment work or are looking to get back into a practice after time away, this is a great way to do it! Level 1 groups are open to students with some Pilates experience, who are willing to commit to a ongoing schedule. You’ll practice the fundamentals and essential Pilates exercises using the Reformer, Wall Unit and Chair, each week building on previous lessons. Because the group is limited in size (max 5), you’ll get individualized attention. You’ll increase your awareness and ability, with a noticeable carry-over into how you approach your everyday life. As the group progresses, more advanced exercises will be introduced and practiced. You’ll be able to continue in the current group and/or join another level 1 or 2 group to expand your weekly practice. This is a great option after taking Equipment Essentials workshop or completing your Welcome Package!

This is open to students with some Pilates experience. No injuries please. By joining a group, you are agreeing to consistently attend, so everyone in the group can progress and build skills and understanding together. We will reserve your standing space in the group each week on an ongoing basis. Reservations can be made by contacting Center of Balance at 650-967-6414.
As with all scheduled appointments, please allow a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice or there will be a full service charge (unless we can fill your spot).
