Tom and Karen’s 2^nd retreat to Venture Valley, located in the wooded slopes of the Santa Cruz mountains, brought together a great group of students from all over the western US. For our 3 days, Tom led a progression of Pilates and Yoga, meditation and experiential anatomy to help us deepen our understanding of our bodies and function. Beautiful mountain hikes and dips in the pool and hot tub too! Thanks to Owen Grady for his assistance during the weekend!
