With much-appreciated help from our nephew Dan McCook, Tom, Karen and Dan spent the day installing six new CoreAlign units at Center of Balance — opening up the Mat room to welcome this new innovative movement system to our studio. We are one of the first studios to add CoreAlign to our teaching offerings and certification program.
