Groups by Appointment
Group sessions offer specialized lessons in an intimate setting. Students in each group are at compatible levels of fitness and understanding of the exercises. Because each group is limited in size, you'll get individualized attention in the energy of a group setting. For Pilates (equipment) groups, you'll practice the Pilates exercises using the Reformer, Wall Unit and Chair. 

PRE-REQUISITES
Students interested in joining an equipment group should schedule an Initial Session with one of our experienced instructors who will work with you to develop a program to best meet your individual needs and goals. If groups are an appropriate program for you, we generally require a minimum of 3 to 5 one-on-one Private Sessions prior to joining a group in order to give you optimum results and a thorough understanding of our work. For 5-Week Intensives, please check for any special pre-requisites in the class description.

REGISTRATION
Group sessions are by appointment only. Please call the studio to reserve your spot. You may join a wait list for any group that is full with standing appointments — we will contact you whenever a spot opens up. For Pre-Registering sessions, you can sign up to reserve your spot — the group will start once a minimum of 3 students sign up.

CANCELLATIONS
As with all appointments, please allow at least 24 hours cancellation notice or there will be a full service charge.

Level 1 - Intro to the Equipment
This 5-week intensive teaches the fundamentals and proper Pilates technique. You'll increase your awareness and ability, with a noticeable carryover into how you approach your everyday life. Upon completion of the 5 week Intro series, students may repeat the Intro series or transition into an ongoing Pilates equipment group, with instructor approval. This 5-week Intensive is open to all levels of students with some movement experience, and who are injury-free.  Click here for more information and start dates.

Level 2 - Beginner / Intermediate
Take your body and fitness to a new level of coordination, strength, flexibility and focus. Level 2 sessions emphasize beginning and intermediate Pilates mat and equipment exercises. You'll get a complete body workout, with increased challenges and a more varied repertoire from Intro to the Equipment sessions.

Level 3 - Intermediate / Advanced
Level 3 Pilates mat and equipment sessions will move into more advanced movements. Students will build on level 2 exercises with an even greater demand for body/mind focus. These sessions will challenge and invigorate, expanding your awareness and creating a new level of conditioning and ability.

Yoga / Pilates Immersion
This weekly small group incorporates key disciplines to help enhance your experience and understanding of the human design. The goal of each class is to create freedom of movement and overall wellness by integrating elements of imagery, experiential anatomy, Yoga and Pilates with an emphasis on refinement of technique and working with the breath.
