Level 1 - Intro to the Equipment This 5-week intensive teaches the fundamentals and
proper Pilates technique. You'll increase your awareness and ability, with a noticeable carryover into how you approach your everyday life. Upon completion of the 5 week Intro series, students may repeat the Intro
series or transition into an ongoing Pilates equipment group, with instructor approval. This 5-week Intensive is open to all levels of students with some movement experience, and who are injury-free. Click here for more information and start dates.
Level 2 - Beginner / Intermediate Take your body and fitness to a new level of coordination, strength, flexibility and focus. Level 2 sessions emphasize beginning and intermediate Pilates mat and equipment
exercises. You'll get a complete body workout, with increased challenges and a more varied repertoire from Intro to the Equipment sessions. Level 3 - Intermediate / Advanced Level 3
Pilates mat and equipment sessions will move into more advanced movements. Students will build on level 2 exercises with an even greater demand for body/mind focus. These sessions will challenge and invigorate,
expanding your awareness and creating a new level of conditioning and ability. Yoga / Pilates Immersion This weekly small group incorporates key disciplines to help enhance your experience and understanding
of the human design. The goal of each class is to create freedom of movement and overall wellness by integrating elements of imagery, experiential anatomy, Yoga and Pilates with an emphasis on refinement of technique
