Over the Martin Luther King weekend, some big changes took place at Center of Balance. We completely switched our 2 studios! The Pilates equipment room moved over to the right studio and the Mat class room moved to the left studio. We decided to make the swap to better utilize our two studios, as well as expand our Pilates equipment program with the addition of a Clinical reformer and another Chair and Wall Unit. Plus, it was a good opportunity to deep clean, recycle and paint! Now heading into our 10^th year, we're excited for these changes to help enhance our work and support everyone's experience Center of Balance!
