Stillheart Retreat 2005
In February 2005, Tom McCook led a 3-day Pilates / Yoga / Meditation retreat at the beautiful Stillheart Retreat Center in Woodside, California. Up in the hills only a few miles outside of Silicon Valley, our retreat in the redwood forests offered an inspiring sanctuary for us to develop our practice and connect with each other.
