Join us for Tom's 6pm Pilates & Yoga Progressions class on April 25th, a donation-only class in honor of Earth Day and to support the
"Fight Global Warming" campaign of Environmental Defense. Center of Balance will donate 100% of the money collected for class -
plus any additional contributions - to help raise awareness and inspire action to combat global warming.

When it comes to global warming, how and what we drive are two of our most powerful choices. Transportation is the biggest source of
U.S. carbon dioxide emissions, more than factories or homes.

- Buy a clean, green, fuel-efficient car
Neutralize the Rest
Even if you are already driving efficiently and using less electricity, there's more you can do. Buying offsets, or credits, neutralizes

Global warming is the most serious environmental challenge of our time. It is more urgent and its dangers are more fundamental than
most Americans realize. Environmental Defense's campaign seeks to educate Americans about how quickly we must act, and give concrete steps that people can incorporate into their lives to fight global warming.

Space is limited, first come first served. If you'd like to pre-register,
please call Center of Balance at 650-967-6414. The cost of the class is $18 for a drop-in (cash, credit card and checks accepted). Or payment can be made by deducting a session from your class card.
100% of the money paid for class will be sent to Environmental Defense. Students may also contribute additional funds, which we will add to the final amount donated. |
